A big day in New York City for the state Lottery. This morning Lottery director Jeff Perlee is in New York City to present five winners of three separate Lotto jackpots totaling 45 million dollars. Two winners are from Brooklyn, two are from the Bronx and one is from New Jersey. It's the largest single payout in New York lottery history.
