Hospital in Manhasset over the weekend. The family's attorney, Gerald Shargel told the New York Daily News that she had a blood clot near her heart. She checked in to the hospital under her married name Victoria Agnello. Shargel says she is expected to be released either tomorrow or Thursday. Victoria Gotti wrote her first book about women and heart disease. She ws diagnosed as a teen-ager with a heart condition called mitral valve prolapse. She wears a fibrillator to restart her heart when it slows down or stops. Another book she's written is a mystery novel called "I'll be Watching You." She and her husband, Carmine Agnello, made headlines this fall when they agreed to put up their Nassau County mansion as bail for Junior Gotti, who was in jail facing a federal racketeering and conspiracy indictment.
