B Shaking

A three-month old girl is in critical condition after being shaken by her father in Brentwood. Suffolk County Police say 26-year-old Antthony Richardson apparently got angry because his daughter, Jenyssa, was crying for two straight hours. Police say he shook the baby to get her to stop. When the baby fell silent, Police say Richardson realized the infant was hurt. He called his girlfriend, who came home from work. She took the baby to the H-I-P Center in Deer Park. Doctors there admitted her to the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, with fractured ribs and a brain injury. Police say the accident occurred at 11:30 Tuesday morning.
