Jury Deliberation

A Suffolk County jury is deliberating the fate of a man charged with murder. The defendant - 43-year-old Abdul Wahedi - claims he was taunted into murdering a gas station attendant in Brentwood last year. Prosecutors say Wahedi killed Inayat "Jimmy" Sidiqi in a robbery. But the defense says Wahedi was taunted when he proposed a business deal to Sidiqi's brother. Wahedi claims he stabbed Sidiqi out of extreme emotional disturbance. If convicted of first degree murder Wahedi faces life without parole. If convicted of second degree murder he could get 25 years to life.
