Levin Murder Case

It now goes into the hands of the jury. It is the first full day of jury deliberations in the trial of the man accused of killing Bronx public school teacher Jonathan Levin. Jurors spent four hours deliberating after they got the case Monday afternoon. Corey Arthur is charged with first and second degree murder in the 1997 slaying of Levin, his former English teacher at Taft High School in the Bronx. The 31-year old teacher was the son of Time Warner Chairman Gerald Levin.
