Special Delivery For Manhattan Couple

Just think about little Parker Saltiel growing up and asking his mommy and daddy about the day he was born.

Boy, do they have a story to tell him.

Parker Saltiel was born in the back seat of his parents car at 6 a.m. yesterday morning, right on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 13th Street.

Proud Papa Ron Saltiel then hailed a passing patrol car for the ride to St. Vincent's Hospital.

That's not where Parker was supposed to be born. Ron and Dale Saltiel were heading for a New Jersey hospital when eight-pound-two ounce Parker made his rapid appearance.
