Some bargain concert tickets are costing Connecticut Governor Rowland a bundle, reports the Associated Press.
The state Ethics Commission is fining the governor $2,000 for the tickets involving the Meadows Music Theater.
The commission today also says Rowland and others in his administration will be forced to pay $3,800 -- the difference between what was paid for the tickets and the actual value of the tickets.
