Giuliani Meets With Mayors To Discuss Immigrant Benefits

Mayor Rudolph Giuliani joins mayors from cities across the country at Ellis Island to sign a "Statement of Principles," which urges Congress to restore immigrants' benefits cut by the new welfare law, reports WCBS' Mary Gay Taylor.

The mayors say cutting benefits such as food stamps and other aid hurts every American city.
