Casino officials say Tropicana Casino and Resort workers tested for tuberculosis have received a clean bill of health.
Four of the 46 employees were found to have TB antibodies. That means they probably had been exposed to the disease but have not developed it.
Tropicana vice president Pam Popielarski says subsequent chest X-rays were normal and the workers cannot transmit the disease.
Health officials conducted the tests after a female dealer was diagnosed with TB late last month.
Experts say there's little chance Tropicana patrons were infected.
