Testimony Continues In Timmendequas Death Penalty Phase

Something to keep in mind when you go to the ATM.

A congressional report finds the number of banks hitting up customers with two ATM fees has quadrupled in little over a year.

And, if that's not enough to make you cry all the way to the bank, the survey also finds some banks charging three bucks instead of the typical one dollar fee for ATM transactions.

Senator D'Amato calls this outrageous, and will hold hearings today, and even introduce a bill to limit ATM fees to a single charge.
