Eastman Kodak of Rochester faces pricing pressure in the U.S. film industry from Fuji Film, one analyst and other industry sources said today.

Kodak shares were down 4-3/8 to 79-1/2 on the news.

A pricing war in film product is in the offing, and analysts say Kodak may have already lost two or three market share points to Fuji.
