Fate Of Rent Control Still Up In The Air

We still don't know what's going to happen to the rent control laws come Sunday. Official talks won't resume in Albany until tomorrow.

But there's been a little movement from State Senator Majority Leader Joe Bruno.

He now says it's o-k for gay partners to keep a rent-regulated apartment when a lover dies.
