Mom Who Abandoned Child Explains Herself

The mom who left her seven-year-old son alone in Madison Square Park earlier this week says it was all a misunderstanding.

Glotova has told several versions of what happened. At one point she said she was watching the boy from her office across the street. She also said she and the boy were only in the park a short time...and she was sitting on a bench nearby.

But witnesses say the boy was in the park alone in the sweltering heat without food or drink for six hours.
