New York Named One Of The Most Popular Travel States

Chances are you'll be bumping into a lot of tourists this summer.

The Travel Industry Association of America is predicting New York state will be the fourth most popular American travel destination this summer. That's a jump from eighth last year.

A lot of those tourists will be speaking foreign languages. New York is the third leading destination of international travelers.

State residents also like what they see here. They make up 40 per cent of New York's leisure travel.
