An 18-year-old former student is planning to sue the Randolph School Board for five million dollars for injuries sustained playing the french horn.
The parents of Seth Schran say their son didn't receive proper music instruction and never learned proper stretching and warm-up exercises during the seven years he played the horn that led to nerve damage in both elbows.
Now he says he can't grip a steering wheel and can't grip a pen to take notes in his college classes.
The school claims there was proper supervision and instruction.
