Psychologist Testifies In Timmendequas Penalty Trial

A psychologist hired by the defense is back on the stand in the penalty phase at the Megan Kanka trial, reports WCBS' Peter Haskell.

John Podboy says Jesse Timmendequas suffered brain damage in three car and boating accidents.

Podboy says the man who killed the seven-year-old is a schizoid personality who takes anti-psychotic medication to control an anxiety disorder.

The defense is trying to spare Timmendequas' life through a presentation of mitigating factors.
