Underage Kids Know How To Smoke In Westchester

Westchester is one of the easiest locations for underage smokers to buy cigarettes.

That's according to a statewide survey which finds federal laws requiring proof of age are not preventing teens from getting their hands on tobacco products.

The survey showed young-looking smokers were able to get cigarettes from 30 percent of the stores that were checked.
