Jermaine Gilmore, 16, from Floral Park, was last seen getting on a bus in Washington D.C., on his way home to see his mother. The boy's grandmother waved goodbye to him as he boarded the bus, reports WCBS' Jody Fisher.
His mother, Constance Gilmore is waiting by the phone for word of her missing boy. She says he had just finished his first year at Georgetown University. He's very smart, was always ahead of other kids his age in school. But she says he's still a kid, who likes video games and Stephen King novels.
Police fear the boy may have been kidnapped or worse.
