Lawyers Try To Save Timmendequas From Death Penalty

The jury in the Megan Kanka murder trial could begin deciding Jesse Timmendequas's fate this week.

His lawyers are planning a final push to save him from the death penalty when court resumes later this morning.

One of Megan's parents will deliver a victim impact statement before the jury begins deliberating whether Timmendequas should die for kidnapping, raping and killing the little girl.
