Councilmember Warns Madonna To Get Steel Guards On Windows

A word of wisdom to Madonna: Get steel guards on your windows.

That advice comes from City Councilman Kenneth Fisher who spotted a photograph of Madonna's nanny holding baby Lourdes at an open window with no child-proof guards.
