Woman In Bank Surveillance Photo A Case Of Wrong Place, WrongTime

By Newsradio 88 Staff

Police now say that the bank surveillance photo snapped of a woman at an ATM, is no longer a valid piece of evidence in the case of a missing Queens man.

The woman, who withdrew $400 from that ATM is no longer a suspect, either, in the case of 28-year-old Henri James, who has not been seen since late May.

According to one report, the bank allegedly mismatched the clock times, with clock photos, failing to update the clocks at the last daylight-saving time change.

That unnamed woman, whose face was plastered across TV news as a probable suspect in the case, is now considered someone, who probably was just withdrawing her own money, police say.

Henri James has not been seen since early May.
