Leona Helmsley Downsizing Her Empire

She's got more than 20-thousand residential units, 75-hundred hotel rooms, 50 retail projects and 8-million square feet of warehouse space.

Too much, says Hotel Queen Leona Helmsley--and now she's putting a FOR SALE sign on a bunch of those properties.

Her spokesman Howard Rubenstein says it's Leona's version of downsizing. Leona inherited the five-billion dollar real estate empire from her husband Harry, who died last January.
