Jury Should Start Deliberating Today In TimmendequasTrial

Jurors in the penalty phase of the Megan Kanka trial are getting their instructions.

They'll consider whether Jesse Timmendequas should live or die.

Prosecutors told jurors there should be only one verdict in this case -- death.

Yesterday, After the closing statement, the judge was expected to instruct the jury on the law. Deliberations were expected to begin later today.
