Most Westchester County Beaches Reopen

We're going to have beach weather today.

And all but one of the Westchester County beaches are open. The beaches were closed because of a sewage spill at City Island. But water tests show the beaches are O-K for swimming.

The one beach that's still closed is Hudson Park in New Rochelle. Officials will decide whether to open it later today.
