The jury that will decide the fate of Megan Kanka's killer is back at work in Trenton.
Jurors spent about two-and-a-half hours yesterday deciding whether Jesse Timmendequas should die or spend life in prison. The six men and six women retired for the night so one of them could attend a graduation.
The judge questioned jurors this morning to make sure they had not seen or heard any coverage of the trial. The jurors emphatically nodded their heads "no."
