Dartman is back -- or a copycat, anyway, and two people have been attacked in Queens.
A 13-year old girl returning home from a convenience store in Maspeth, and a man walking in Elmhurst were struck by featherless, three-inch steel darts Tuesday night.
The man told News-2 the dart embedded itself two inches into his bicep. He said he was afraid more darts would follow, so he ran, and called police from home.
13-year old Shawna Nash had just bought a slushie when she felt something hit her elbow. She says she felt a sensation similar to an ear-piercing and noticed a black car with tinted windows nearby, although she wasn't able to make out much else about her attacker.
When Shawna returned home, her mother discovered a dart embedded in her arm and called police.
