Robert Schuller To Face $5 Million Lawsuit In New York

The United Airlines flight attendant who claims to have been grabbed and shaken by the Reverend Robert Schuller plans to file a $5 million lawsuit against the television minister.

Attorney Jack Grossman says he will file a suit in New York federal court on Friday on behalf of his client - Khaled Elabiad. Grossman says Elabiad suffered neck and back pain during the incident and has been too traumatized to return to work.

Schuller has maintained that he merely tried to communicate with the flight attendant by making physical contact.
