No Criminal Charges Filed Against Carl Everett

No criminal child abuse charges for Mets outfielder Carl Everett and his
wife.
While that's good news for the couple, their legal woes are not over.
Their five year old daughter Shawna and 4-year-old son Carl are still in
foster
care. And they won't get to go home pending a non-criminal abuse trial
in
Family Court now scheduled for October 28th.
