1] Prom Mom Due For Indictment

It's been three months since 18-year-old Melissa Drexler of Lacey township, New Jersey, was charged with murdering her newborn son in a restroom stall at her high school prom....and she's yet to be indicted.

That may change today. Monmouth County prosecutor John Kaye has scheduled a news conference for later this morning...saying only he'd like to update the status of the case.

But Drexler's attorney says he assumes it's about a murder indictment.
