A Staten Island boy whose parents are police officers is dead after his playmate accidently shot him in the face while showing off his brother's pistol, reports Newsradio 88's Linda Zohman.
Police say 11-year-old Christopher Murphy was pronounced dead last night at Saint Vincent's Medical Center. Police have arrested the playmate's 22-year-old brother on child endangerment and weapons charges.
