NJ Cop Off Duty For Alleged Molestation

A New Jersey police officer was put on three years of probation for sexually molesting a female motorist after pulling her over, Newsradio 88 reports.

William Rowan had been suspended from the Wall Township police force following the July 1995 incident, and officially resigned as part of his plea agreement.

The victim has filed a civil suit against him and the town.
