LIRR Dives Into Repair Project

The Long Island Rail Road begins work tomorrow on bridges and overpasses on the Montauk Branch. The work will be done on weekends until May 17th, reports Newsradio 88.

During the work, buses will be used to shuttle passengers around the construction, to rconnect with trains.

Passengers should allow an extra 30 minutes for travel time.
