A Rockland County woman who lost everything in a fire that destroyed her trailer home in Pomona, will get to sit with Cardinal John O'Connor at the Saint Patrick's Day Parade, reports Newsradio 88.
Among the things destroyed by the fire Wednesday morning was the special tickets that would have allowed Alice Farley to sit on the steps of Saint Patricks Cathedral in Manhattan during Tuesday's parade.
The 62-year-old woman says she was shocked when she learned from the New York Archdiocese that her two tickets will be replaced.
