Jury selection has been completed in the murder trial of a Redding landlord accused of killing five men over a rent dispute, reports Newsradio 88.
Lawyers on Thursday finished picking a jury of twelve regular and five alternate jurors in the trial of Geoffrey Ferguson, 47, of Powells Point, N.C.
Ferguson is accused of fatally shooting three of his tenants and two of their friends at a home he owned in Redding in April 1995. He also is accused of setting fire to the house to cover up the murders.
